The plan submitted by Mayor Rybak and Council President Johnson would take existing sales taxes that maintain the Minneapolis Convention Center, and apply them to the Target Center debt and towards a new Vikings stadium. The plan also identifies a new Block E casino as a possible source of alternative revenue. I appreciate hearing from you.
