MayDay Block Host Organizer: Are you a community organizer? Or active Block Club Leader in your neighborhood? Or do you just LOVE MayDay and this community? We are looking for a volunteer to help us recruit & train teams of people to host blocks during the MayDay Parade. Contact Brie at bjonna @ hobt.org for more info.
_______________________________________________________ MayDay Marketing & Public Relations Internship: Assist with MayDay marketing, public relations, social media, & the assembly and editing of the MayDay Program MayDay Parade Interns: work with the MayDay Art Staff to help envision, build and assist the community in creating one section of the MayDay Parade Grant Research and/or Writing Intern: assist the Development Director in identifying foundations and corporations who might welcome a grant application from HOBT. Draft the narrative portions of grant applications with the guidance of our Development Director Event-Planning Intern - help organize the special events we offer, from donor gatherings to opening night parties, under the guidance of our Development Director Contact Margery at motto @ hobt.org for more details & application requirements.
