4:45 Grill out set-up for guests and music going (Al, team at Stewart)
5:00 Balloon artists and face painters arrive
5:30 Commissioners arrive
5:45 Scott Vreeland welcome and comments
5:50 Peter McLaughlin comments
5:55 Al Bangoura comments
When finished, Al will bring out a few players from the youth soccer team to block a ceremonial first kick from Com. McLaughlin and do a small presentation
6:00 Soccer camps begin, interactive entertainment done, clean-up grill-out
